e2College Copyright Statement

USE OF E2COLLEGE.COM IMPLIES AN AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING:

All content and information on this web site are the property of E2COLLEGE, except the content and information posted by registered e2college users.

Content and information provided by e2college may not be redistributed or reproduced in any way, shape, or form without the written permission of e2college. Failure to do so is a violation of copyright laws.

Any Web site may link to any of the pages on e2college. However, pages from e2college may not be embedded in a frame from the referring site, without the written permission of e2college.

If you are a registered E2COLLEGE user, then you own all of the content and information you post on e2college, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings.

If you are a registered E2COLLEGE user, then you specifically give E2COLLEGE the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant e2college a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content and information that you post on or in connection with e2college. This License ends when you delete your content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.

If you are a registered E2COLLEGE user, when you delete your content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).

If you are a registered E2COLLEGE user, when you publish content or information using the Public setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of e2college, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture).

We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about e2college, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
